What helps us answer quickly

Name the systems you use today, the team that operates each one, and the single handoff that troubles you most. With those three facts we can usually propose a first tracing ratio in our reply and, where useful, suggest a short call.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients outside Utah

Yes. Dgtrista, LLC is based in Orem, Utah, and most of our drafting is delivered remotely through document review, video sessions and shared drawings. We do ask for live access to the people who operate your systems, because a source sheet built only from management descriptions is never accurate enough to trust.

How long does a first engagement take

A typical first pass runs from two to six weeks depending on how many systems sit in scope. We pin the source sheet in week one, set the ratio with you in week two, and then draw at that ratio until the reduction sheet is ready to proof. Shorter scopes for a single integration are common and welcome.

Do you build the integrations or only design them

Our work is design and planning, delivered as drawings your own engineers or vendors can build from. Where a project benefits from it, we remain on the board during build to answer questions and correct any line that will not hold in production, and we support adoption once the new workflow goes live.
